    Signal Loss

    I see this error occasionally during very bad weather. If you see these error messages frequently it is not likely something you can fix. You may need to have DirecTV come out and change the position or placement of your satellite.

    Can't access DTV abroad

    I’m attempting to stream DirecTV video while abroad, using Ivacy VPN. Each time I get the same error from DTV, “Sorry, we ran into a problem. Please restart the video player.” I’ve tried different browsers as well. The VPN service does not appear to be tricking DTV servers. Any suggestions?
