    Between 4/13 to 6/21 or not, KYNE will upgrade to 36.1 kW, as well as other frequency changes for KXVO, KPTM, and KMTV. Nothing to say about KOHA-LD, and I couldn't receive it, but still on the same tower with KETV and KYNE?
