Thanks very much

Anyone else have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I've tried all of the suggestions above and still have the audio delay. Hopper (Original Gen) connected to Denon Receiver.
I just loaded Mezzmo as well but have no controls on the Hopper (like Fast Forward / Rewind) except for Pause and Stop. Is this a limitation of the Hopper or Mezzmo.
We finally got mine to work last night. Installer was here 8 hours and 25 minutes on Friday went thru 2 Hoppers. Installer #2 came on Sat and was here 7 hours 45 minutes and also went thru 2 Hoppers, replacement of Solo Node, replaced primary Coax to Sat Dish and finally got it working about...
Well hell. Now they are taking back ALL of the equipment and coming back tomorrow to try again. They are reinstalling the 922 for a temp fix. I hope there is a better plan of attack for tomorrow.
On second Hopper now and continue to wait and wait
We get past the acquiring Sat Signal (015) screen and move onto Step 3 of 5 of the Receiver Setup Wizard which is the Download Software step. "......this process should take no more than 20 minutes to complete......Your Receiver will reboot...
I've lost Audio 3 times and been forced to reboot to get it back. Anybody got any suggestions besides calling Dish for a potential replacement? This is straight playback from 922 to TV (via HDMI).
Just called up DishStore this morning and they do not know how to order (Lease units) until this afternoon but mentioned that a Ditrict Dish Netowrk representative was in their office yesterday afternoon.

Thanks for the update. Will you have lease units available for new customers (as I'm currently with DirecTV) wanting to switch to Dish?
Thanks
I just want Web programming access. Gosh it seems like they did the private beta on that late last year. Knowing how Echostar works (as I used to support them as a Vendor) I'm sure everything is taking its own sweet time and has 85 levels of approvals.
