TNAP 5 in slot one. Played with the video settings in Webif. No change. Still no HDMI video. I am kicking a dead horse.

They ditched the HDMI switch. EB said: "It's good you bypassed the HDMI multi switch. Through a setup please use just a cable from the receiver to the TV." I can easily hook it to my TV set and still change the MIO video settings with Webif. Is that what you mean?

Yes, #15, I have tried that and could not get any HDMI video, regardless of any video settings that I tried.

Thanks for not taking it the wrong way! I forgot all that you taught me years ago. I google my Edision questions only to have threads that I have posted show up. And even then, after reading them, I am still confused. I literally have forgotten more than I now know.

I never said that. Numerous times in this this thread, I explained: When using the HDMI output, whether I am connected to a TV monitor or a PC monitor, I get the splash screen and then I get "no HDMI signal" on my TV. When I use Webif, via ethernet, I can go through the setup menus. I can not...

That is an older PC monitor. On my HD TV screen the splash screen is normal. I have little doubt that it is a hardware/component problem.

Thanks. Something must of happened when it was plugged in and sitting idle for a long time. I hardly ever used this STB. Power outages would make this unit boot up. I should have unplugged it when it was not in use.
