    Error Code 128

    When I try to watch any on demand channel it starts to download and then stops and gives me error code 128 Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it Thanks

    IP address for On Demand

    I live in Canada and have Directv for 14 years I recently installed Cinema Connection Kit for ON Demand I have internet connection but I cannot get the channels to work Do I need a US IP address to get this
