My week-old 622 has started skipping frames (images not moving smoothly) while watching SD on TV1. No recording is being done while this is happening but TV2 is also watching SD. Just noticed it last night and then again tonight. Has anyone else seen this occurring?

My 622 will be installed on Feb 28th and what you say sure sounds good! I'm going from an 811 to a 622 also. I'll let you know what picture quality differences I see after it's installed. I'll be using component cables also because my HDTV doesn't have HDMI.

Yesterday at 6:30am I got an install date of Feb 11th for a ViP622. Today at 3:45pm I got a call from E* saying my installation will have to be rescheduled because of shipment problems. My new installation is March 4th. I was afraid the Feb 11th date was too good to be true!!

As of last night at midnight Voom has returned to our house. I dropped E* in Dec 2004 when I got Voom service. Really great stuff and I hated to loose the great HDTV PQ. I re-established E* service on April 29th, but didn't connect until May 1st (after Voom went dark). Switch back to E*...
