    Oh, never mind. I had an HDMI - DVI cable to my monitor. That's different. HDMI-HDMi cable solves the problem. Still say it's a nice, inexpensive FTA DVR. Just got this FTA receiver and I am impressed. It made short work of scanning the PBS sat; finding and decoding the DVB-S2 channels...
