Channel 285 in the Boston area. Not sure if its basic cable or just the sports package. I have the sports package already; that is why I'm not sure. No mention of it on the local comcast channel listings yet.

Agreed, however I just spoke with Comcast in the Boston area and they said they have no plans to add this channel, even to the paid sports package. I submitted a channel request, hopefully they get some interest and add it the package.

I live in the Boston area, just switched from Directv, and I have the same stutter issue on analog. I called and they said swap the box. Sounds like I'd be waisting my time and would likely have the same issue. I don't think I'm going to bother until they actually figure out what's going on.

I don't have the 5LNB, but I have the same problem in the Boston area. It happens with Fox east a lot (I have a waiver). It is very annoying at first, but I usually don't notice after a while.

Only five months until I can dump Directv, I was hoping it would work out, but it ended up being more of a hassle than Comcast. I will say that, despite their lack of knowledge, Directv customer support is light years beyond Comcast.
