I can't get any signal/quality reading on G3. What should the TP be, and what should the LNB be set at, using a Standard LNB? Should 22Khz be turned ON or OFF??

    Tuning into Galaxy 3/C

I'm having problems receiving anything from Galaxy 3/C 95 W. I'm using a Standard LNB, and when on 95 W, I have no signal/Quality at all. Should the LNB be set at 5150, instead of 10750??? Only on 5150 do see some Signal (very low), and no channels can be seen... Any suggestions?

How to Tune into IntelSat 5

OK. I'm still not getting anything... I've got a ViewSat VS2000, on a STAB HH90 Motor. Based on my calculations, I set my Elevation at 26 degrees, and the Elevation on the HH90 Motor to 41 degrees. Is that correct? Also... When you said "Let the Motor Move" did you mean for me to press...

How to Tune into IntelSat 5

OK. I'm in Zip Code 78550, and to the best of my knowledge, my Longitude is 97 degrees West. IntelSat 5 is also 97 degrees West... Does that mean that my Pointing Direction should equal to my Azimuth??? Since the equation is Satellite Location minus Longitude, my answer is practically...

    Viewsat VS200 - No Channels

Then what is Disecq suppose to offer me, if USALS and Disecq were supposed to be the same thing?? Basically I will never be using a feature on the receiver that I've intentionally paid for? Will I always leave Disecq Option Off?

    Viewsat VS200 - No Channels

Hmmm... I will try that again, but from what I saw thus far only 10750 for both High & Low have been giving me results. So what you're saying here is that Low LNB should be 9750, and High should be 10600 correct? Should I leave Disecq Setting to "User" before I click on Automatic Channel...

    Viewsat VS200 - No Channels

I've just installed a Viewsat VS2000 with a 33" Fortec Dish on a HH90 Motor by STAB. I am seeing 62 channels on both IntelSat5 & Nimiq 1,2, but all the Channels are under the "Scrambled" Category, which cannot be seen. Under the FTA selection, it says No Channels... BTW Iceberg... Low &...

Viewsat VS200 - What is the correct Low & High LNB?

OK. I am not using the switch, so I shall leave it at "None". Now... As for Low & High LNB, it sounds like Low LNB needs to be set at 10600. Are you saying to set High LNB at 22000? Because there is no such things as to "Turn ON" 22K... Besides... 22000 cannot be entered, because the...

Viewsat VS200 - What is the correct Low & High LNB?

I just installed a Vewsat VS2000 with a Fortec 33" Dish from GoSatellite.net. The signal strength is coming in at around 62 to 75 on TelStar 5, but not a single channel can be found to date. (None from other Satellites either...) I have been told that my Low LNB and High LNB values need to...
