    I have a viewsat vs 2000..need help

    I have a viewsat vs2000 and none of my channels will come in. I am using a 33 in dish with motor. I can pull down only about seven channels, however they will not come in. I should atleast be getting one or two channels. I live in memphis with zip code 38002. could I please get some help...
