When the channel was launched in July, all discussions here seemed like it was just a matter of Dish flipping a switch to add the channel, now 2 months later and it still hasn't been added. Anyone know what the delay is?

I woke up this morning to find NBC 10 "Off Air" The strange part is in addition to the standard message on the screen stating that "No need to call, they are aware, blah, blah, blah... on the guide menu it also says "Off Air" until 3PM. I never saw this before. Anyone know what's going on?

I recently saw a teaser on BBCA that BBCA HD is coming this summer, I'm thinking it would be nice if they kicked it off with the airing of "Torchwood: Children of the Earth," however, when the HD channel is launched, would Dish automatically add it or is it something that we'll have to wait for...
