When I placed the original order, and then the follow-up AM21 call, I told them that I didn't think I should be losing my OTA channels just because I'm switching boxes. When she placed the order, she said that there would be no charge. Not sure if she did that or if it just comes up that way...

I had the same situation last week. I couldn't order the AM21 until after my new HR21 was installed. I called back the next day, ordered it through a CSR at no charge, and she said I would receive it in a few days. Sounds pretty easy to install.
