    1.8--Waiting for channel load

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION ----------- OS: XP Professional 2002 SP2 TT Version: 1.8 TT Mode: XM Online I'm trying to connect, but all i get is "waiting for channel load. Anyone have any suggestions. I uninstalled and re-installed already. Thanks

    Where do I find help

    I have posted a thread a few days ago called Timetrax 1.4 won't connect. I was told to come here for help by the people at Timetrax. Am I in the right place? Why does it take a week or so to get answers? I would love to use the software, if it really works.

    Timetrax 1.4 won't connect

    1.4 version starts up, but cycles through "ready"/"connecting to media"/ready" constantly I'm getting -unable to parse stream--error code str103 It was working fine, but now I can't get it going What should I do next? The attachment shows the recording log. Thanks.

    Timetrax XM Online

    Everything works fine for an hour or so, then I lose the volume on the VU level and all songs recorded after that point are black. The log show this entry: "Unable to parse stream address from page error code STR103" Is it the windows xp firewall?
