Does anyone know where I can get a "User Manual" for the 6412? The one supplied by Comcast is a joke. When I got the 721 from Dish, the manual was over 100 pages.

I have loved my 721 since July of 2002...didn't see many of the reported bugs since I usually just use it to record only..have used pause in live mode only a few times. As I have said in this forum and in DBStalk, us non-techno guys all love our 721's.

Have had good results using 721 inputs...also found out that I could play a dvd (using 721 inputs) while recording on 2 channels.. cool!!!!
