    maybe people who is outside USA should start considering using the 8ft. (2.4 m) antenna. Of course after we know exactly what D* is up to.

    everybody is suggesting that is better to wait until D* makes all changes (for example next month they are going to launch another satellite) before changing antennas, lnb, etc.

    We use a 6ft. dish (1.8 m) and have problems with the odd transponders. Do you have signal in the odd transponders with your 2.4m dish (8 ft. aprox) ??

    I live in the Caribbean region and same as the guy in Guatemala we have no signal in the odd transponders with a 6FT. antenna and a DIRECTIVO RCA DVR-80.
