Let me follow this up by saying Charters commercial are just as bad say "Why don't you dump satellite TV and go with somebody that provides better service". first off that's just LAUGHABLE!! And how is that different than what DTV is saying about Charter?

I fail to see on what grounds Charter has to file a lawsuit. DTV is simply stating facts! Being in STL I hear these ads all the time. Charter sucks, yet they wonder why they can't gain customers.

Just downloaded this new version. Everything installed just fine, however playback audio is EXTREMELY choppy. Is there a "tweak" to fix that? Scratch that... not just Audio it's video too and it will be fine for a few secs and then be completely unwatchable.

Well I finally pulled the trigger this afternoon. I called back in and got the HDDVR and a HD receiver for 199 + 19.95, 12 mos free HD server, $10 off monthly bill for 12mos. This will make 3 receivers in all. excited to finally be getting HD service. Installation set for the 12/20.
