    I tried searching and couldn't find the answer (probably using a wrong keyword) How do I pair my 922 remote with a Joey? Went to the system info screen but it listed a remote there which was for the joey. Please help.

    Did the Recent Activity on Bill feature online disappear? You used to be able to see what was going on, like if you received a billing credit or anything online but now there is no place. Am I just looking in the wrong place? Anyone know how to check that online? I can see it from the hopper...

    Didn't try the front port, but will try it when I get home. With the back two ports I don't get the wizard that is supposed to show up. When I placed the order they said it would work with the hopper.

    Put the wireless USB card that dish sent me but does not connect. I go into the broadband settings and only let's me choose moca and not wireless. Never got a message when I connected it to the receiver. I tried both ports. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    I had the same issue when I got 2 hoppers installed on friday, the first hopper wouldn't go past the activation screen even though it was activated. The way he got it to work was doing a Hard Reset, unplugging the power and then back on and it worked like a charm. Hopefully this helps. Also a...

    The online chat I spoke to today wouldn't let me upgrade to a hopper, I currently have 922, 2 625s (I own them), 322 and a 311 receiver. They told me right now I can't upgrade but can in a couple weeks. Messaged zach hopefully he can help. I wanted 2 hoppers and 4 joeys.

    I had the same problem with the box rebooting and is in an enclosed cabinet. There was some issue with the HDMI so I used component cables going to my Yamaha receiver and I haven't had a reboot in over 2 weeks now. The Yamaha is then connected via HDMI to TV. Haven't seen any loss in quality...

    You have to return the receiver if it was leased from them. If you bought the receiver yourself then you can keep it.

    My receiver would reboot all the time as well when it would be turned off and turned on later on in the day or after 5 mins of it being off. Dish couldn't find out what the problem was and sent out multiple replacement receivers and they all did the same thing. So I took out the HDMI cable...
