It sure sounds like the D* csr's have been instructed to give the upgrades if the customer insists. Of course, they wouldn't want to miss out on a little extra $$$, as long as the customer's happy paying for it...:rolleyes: BTW, my HD upgrade (5LNB, H20) install is scheduled for this Fri...
