I contacted xmradio tody since timetrax has redirected all connection to their website. I was told by a senior vp that xmradio has nothing to do with timetrax, I then said it was very strange that when ever you go to timetrax it take us to xmradio. Someone had to program the domain to handle...

can someone tell me where I went wrong with this mp3, it downloaded has a title and is a 4.7 meg file it acts as if is playing but no audio?

well looks like support came thru after all. maybe things will be better. I now have some keys and the promise of sending me an email of all my past purchases and etc. The product is great and now looks like support will do support. thanks guys
