I've had 2 411's for 2 weeks. No problems at all.

Certain cell phones are free. Same with dishnetwork and certain recievers. But if you want the lastest technology in cell phones and cell service youare going to pay for it.

i use optical and still have the same problem. ota is really bad. sat hd is a little behind and sd is fine.

Ordered 2 211's but got 411's instead and a 322. total cost $99 and signed up for the hd silver. Also they didn't give me starz upfront for 3 mos free. had to call back and get that. the csr didn't know anything about that promo.
