i have tried every programmed satallite in this box.nothing!

is it possible to have 90 st 25 qu pointing at lets say echostar1/2 and not actually be on that satallite.is this why i have no pictue?if i can manually move my motor to the highest strenght,am i not where i should be?my location is entered!why no channels? as for captiveworks user manual either...

i believe i have the correct location,my gps is very close to where you told me(but when entered,my box seems to set location back to stock setup)every time i go to sat set up its back on stock location not mine, and where i enter is erased.as for true south from what i could find is 8deg.west...

yes left side of box(LNB in)let me start with my LNB i have one cable coming from each of the 4 outputs L C L C to my 4-1 diseqc to back of box (LBN in)out from tv/vcr to tv.nothing on the LBN loop out???anyway be kind,thanks

help heres where i am at.cw600s,30inch dish,motor,lnb invacom quad polar,4-1diseqc2.0.lnb in (not out?)tv ant in,out to tv.when im scanning my reception could be as high as 90/quality 50 and no channels come up not one i tried it on many satellites.any help?

captiveworks600s is it possible to retreive a preprogramed satellite.after being deleted?
