    Hello, I had Dish Network installed Saturday. The installer said I had to sign along with the Dish contract an agreement that if I canceled within 12 months I have to pay him $199.00. Does this sound right?? Thanks

    Dish DVR and DSL

    Hello, I am having Dish Network DVR installed this Saturday. I have Bellsouth DSL and I know you have to connect the DVR to a phone line. Is there any problems with the DVR receiving data on a phone line with DSL? I have the DSL filters connected. Thanks in advance.

    Traxis 4500 with SG2100 motor

    Hello All, I could use some troubleshooting advice. My motor will only go west using the remote control at the installation screen or changing satellites. If I use the manuel button on the motor itself it will go east or west. What do you think? Thanks!! Night Owl
