    510 Hard drive still spinning...

    Well my 510 downloaded the new P309 firmware a month ago and worked great for about a week until the hard drive crashed. I got an RA# from Dish and a replacement 510 and downloaded P309 onto it.     510 and DOD service NBR feature

    Well my receiver has the latest firmware update (v308) but I still don't see this new DOD feature or NBR. Has anyone else received it on their 510? I know some don't want the DOD service but I would use it if available.
