    Just an update on the situation for anyone who cares. Just got a call from corporate headquarters and they have the switch and we should have it installed by this friday. That made my week! Thanks again everyone for all the help. Jorge

    First off let me just say that the people in this forum are awesome!:up :up I really appreciate all the help and many of the answers have brought up possible solutions. If the DPP44 switches are in high demand, then that could explain the delays. I never thought about buying from ebay...

    My wife is a French and Portuguese teacher and she wanted to get French Programming. So we switched over to Dish Network after 2 years of Direct TV. We signed up for HDTV, Local channels, Platinum package and a French package. They sent us only one satellite and our international channels...
