I am sure Mark Cuban agreed to this and will be compensated. Afterall this was one of the solutions everyone asked for to keep TNT for Nascar. The programs on HDNET are usually repeats and can be viewed another time. So live with it. Most will be watching Football, Baseball and the race. ;)

What market are you in? My locals have been solid since day one proof that MPEG-4 will work and work well. I also heard that some of the problems can be at the local level I am not letting D* off the hook as they need to work with them to get all the equipment working together.;)

When was the last baseball game you seen in HD on Fox I believe the last one they did was the ALL Star game and it was very good. All the Saturday games are not HD they are some type of enhanced SD in16:9 and I agree they suck.;)
