I have this exact problem as well. Additionally, I can't seem to get to TV2 at all. Both TV1 and TV2 record both independently and simultaneously, but if I try to use the guide to switch to the recording that is taking place on TV2, the 622 crashes just as if I had hit the swap button. Lovely.
