You Have To Be Kidding Me

Another reason that Dish should use all employee techs instead of subcontracting.

Service Phone Number 85 Miles Away From Service Address

Oh you poor thing. How terrible your life must be having to watch standard definition programming. *tear* "Moving" ie changing your physical address to qualify for different local channels is a violation of the service agreement and is a violation of FCC rules. Dish very much wants to be...

Coming soon to E* - Phonebots!

This is what Dish wants. If you deviate from the scripting you will be scolded, threatened, and then terminated... and not just in India. Dish treats TSR's like crap and blames them for an EXTREMELY inept middle management. There is a reason Dish has an ungodly turnover rate when it comes to...

    Few quick questions

    1. Part of the offer requires sending in a redemption form. 2. No, that offer that you are looking at says valid for new customers only already. 3. I doubt it, though this I am not sure about this one. 4. Yes 5. Probably, though if you sign up direct you won't get a choice of...

    Installer Late! Compensation from Dish?

I have heard this many times and I often wonder myself why this is so common. Regardless, it has nothing to do with your expectation of the work being finished in the timeframe. Installer Late! Compensation from Dish?

    Moving (in same town)

As long as they are grandfathered with the legacy hd packages they can remove just voom. They will never be able to get just voom back though. From the post this seems to be the case.

Want to move my dish off the roof... how and how much?

There had been talk of change for a while. I guess things did change between the time I quit and now.

Dish 625 Remote (Green) Not Working

Since you are likely leasing the 625 the remote is covered free of charge. There may be a 14.95 s/h charge, but you can often get that waived or do an add/remove of dhpp to get around shipping charges.

    Moving (in same town)

Are you currently under a commitment? If so, dish pause is not an option. If not, you can certainly do it that way. As far as how long the trade in credit will be avaliable, that I do not know. You can drop down to the family pack at any time as it is the minimum qualifying package. You...

Want to move my dish off the roof... how and how much?

The price of an existing customer install, unless the policy has changed in the last 60 days, is $99. This is what you would need to have the dish network move the dish.
