I had to clmb the roof and get the LNB off the dish. It is not as easy as they make you believe sometimes the LNB device gets stuck in the dish and needed a lot of persuasion to get it loose.

The remote takes a lot of getting used to, I'd have to say that the picture is better than what I got from Dish, and the service doesn't go out like DISH did with every storm. IMO

Last night game was terrible to watch in HD!

There was also a problem where the screen would cut itself in half, hiorizontally, with a distinct line in the middle of the picture.

Same here, the letter said we had until Oct to cancel. I don't remember the actual date.

JIP = Joined in Progress, usually you see this on Saturday, when FOX has exclusive television rights for the game of the week block from 4-7. We see this when the Mets play the Marlins in Florida and their Saturday games start at 6PM, SNY picks up the feed at 7PM.

I recall that whenever the Mets play at either Milwaukee or Denver, the games are in SD only. I'm not sure about this year yet but there was a game this year where the Mets game was not available in HD and I can't remember which one it was.

I had the same issue yesterday in New Haven County. Last year it was no problem, this year blackout. If we don't get the games what good is having the channel?

I was wondering if they plan on redoing the channel numbers in the 9400 channels. The HBO HD are pretty much scattered as an example.

I have the 622 DVR, using two sets. The program is recorded on the TV2 and we are watching the show on TV1.

I have noticed that while watching DVR events, for some reason for a 30 minute show, it will go from 22:00 into the show to the end. This happened twice last Thursday. The show is recorded and nothing was lost but it still jumped to the end of the recording!
