    I had 2 Hoppers and 4 Joeys installed two weeks ago and the fast forward skipping ahead problem is very frustrating for me. I am experiencing the same problems as has been mentioned in this thread. Hope they fix it soon.

    My 622 recorded the same 1hr and 4 minutes. That was frustrating. Usually it is KOB that is unwatchable OTA HD. I have learned to record KOB through Dish Network to get a good recording.

    622 Lost HDMI output

    Just received my replacement 622 and it is finally working correct. New one is an "E" model and old one was a "C" model. Old unit never worked out of the box. Neither one of the 622's came with cables.

    I did that already so there is still piece in the house. Thanks. Just wish E* would get bugs worked out. I had Tivo for several years with D* and never had a problem. I would never go back to D*, but would like a dependable PVR.

    I guarantee you I know how to program a recuring timer and my 622 picks up some programs and completely misses ( missed several episodes of Desperate Housewives and I never heard the end of that!) others even when I can go into timers and see my programs are listed there to pick up all shows...

    Additional 622 for $99 Upgrade Information....

    I just called tech support about an hour ago and asked this very question. They told me I could upgrade my 942 for $99 after rebate, but I would have to buy any additional receivers ($799 for VIP 622 and $399 for 211's). I have a 942 and 2 811's right now. Would love to do it all at once.

    Abq Cbs Hd I live in Rio rancho and have been enjoying CBS in HD for a couple of years now. Just picking it up over the air and it is by far the best HD network out there. Anyone in ABQ can do the same.

    strange 811 problem, Guide letters missing

    I have had the problem of missing letters for a while. Unplugging unit and rebooting does fix the problem. Now I have a new problem. the unit acts as if the info button was pressed and pops up continously making watching a show unbearable. Any fixes for this?" :(

    If I were Voom and I was providing OTA antenna and it was our receiver that allowed you to recieved ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, PBS, WBN, and UPN in HD, then I would claim that we offered 46 channels of HD (39 + 7 OTA).

    New VOOM Member!

    I was just installed May 22 and everything went smooth. I am blown away with pq on some of the channels. Called D* and cancelled everything down to basic (still need my Sci-Fi and DIY) and Tivo. Will drop all D* when PVR is released.
