    i had the same problem with a 622. i called dish and they didn't have an answer. after about 2 months it started to work the right way. Dish does not know why.........

    One (that I know of) of my preferance settings changes every night. Under Favorites I have Guide Selection set for Guide Button. Every nigth it changes to Guide Popup. I reset it to Guide Button ,it works all day,next morning it's back to Guide Popup????/ I have rebooted rec. by removing card...
