I went back and looked at my DW6000 info, and was on 1050 at that time. I do not know if I started there with the DW4000. I'll give them another call (it's been 2 already), and see if maybe changing the transponder will help (if they'll do it.) Thanks for allyour help!

So I should ask to be placed back into the system as a "new Customer" on the default sat? I have never changed transponders as far as I know, or had anyone come out to change the dish setup.
