942owner, was the upgrade a lease or will you own the 622? (722) I own both the 942 and 622 with both being activated with the HD only pak.

I now have the HD stand alone pack, Thank you E* for finally providing this package.:) I own a 622 and a 942, now if I replace the 942 with a leased 622 would there be a monthly lease fee of $7? Going by the web site I could lease the 622 for $100 and the will ship it to me.

Have a 622 and a 942 with HD package and Voom original only. Lost Voom on the 16th even though they billed me for it, Aug. 20 thru Sep. 19th.

Also have a owned 622 and 942 with the old HD Pak and Voom only. I should be able to get the Voom pak on the 622 and only lose it on the 942, so it will be interesting to see what happens to my service on the 15th.

Just an update with the new charges. 11.96 DVR service fee, 6.00 HD enabling fee, 6.00 access fee, 5.00 additional receiver fee, 9.99 HD Pak, 5.00 Voom original for a total of 43.95.

Got a Dish 1000 with 110/119 and 129.

In this household I have a 50" rear projection LCD and 2 32" LCD's and a 23" LCD in the guest room so SD programing is almost a thing of the past. :D :D :D It"s a shame Dish requires a SD package to get all there HD channels. Charge more for a stand alone HD package.:mad:

Thanks for the replies, I have a 622 coming Monday self installed no later then Tuesday. Plan to set up the 942 as an additional outlet and will be happy to keep the same package I have now.

622 here I come, now the question is what would be the total cost if I keep the 942 as a second receiver? Another 5.98 service fee and access fee or just a fee for an additional outlet? Thanks

Well the time will come when I will have to make the switch to the 622 for Mpeg 4 so the question is can I keep the programing package I have now? 5.98 DVR service fee, 6.00 access fee, 9.99 HD package and Voom original 5.00. With tax I pay a total 28.32 per month. The 942 has been great for me...

Ok i've got a 942 which I own and get the old HD pak with Voom original. My monthly bill is $26.97 if I add a second owned 942 what would the total be with the same programming? Thanks:)

I own a 942 and plan to wait. Lease is not for me if I have to commit to a basic package. I just want HD programming, I now have the HD pack and Voom and pay$25 monthly. In my area I can get all networks OTA. May buy a 622 in the future will wait and see.
