Voom Site Difficulty :no Voom customer service site is "down" including the chat function. Was able to finally pull up my account summary but the change profile gives an error message. Live Chat defaults to blank screen or "website cannot be found" message.

Vooming in Henderson :usa Been with Voom since May. Great reception and NO problems in any areas. Get more OTA channels than I knew existed in the valley. No signal fade during the heavy rains we had. Hope Voom gets National Geographic soon. Looking forward to the additional 30 channels or so...
