    What directv receivers will allow you to access the local ota channels without subscribing to directv and are there some receivers that will do so without even having a dish hooked up to it at all, just a ota antenna

    does the philips r15 300 have the atsc tuner in it I see that on the back it has a connecter for over the air coaxial input but the user manual doesn't adress it very deeply. and if it does receive ota atsc channels can you use it by itself without a directv subscription or even a dish.
