    I have a international channel through dish network on Satellite 61.5 but signal is very weak can i change the angle to 118.7? is it same thing as 61.5?

    I just subscribe to America's Top 250 with HD & latest dish 1000.2 and VIP222 Receiver. Im watching the international channels on 61.5 orbital location but im loosing signal do to trees on the way any other orbital locations to move the dish.
