dont know if this has been mentioned but when when you make a favorites list then switch to that list within the guide if you reboot the hopper(like it does at 1am every night) it switches back to the default list which is "all channels". this used to work on a earlier version of software on...

you can set up a DLNA server on your network (playon ps3mediaserver tversity etc...) and share your media over your LAN so you can play songs or watch movies on your 922/hopper without the need of extra equipment. 722 doesnt have DLNA

922 remotes aka 32.0 work in uhf mode with the hopper and i assume the joeys edit: make sure the Remote key is on "1" or green, it doesnt work on "2" or blue

DLNA was working on the 922, but it stopped after a software update. since the hopper is based on the same code it looks like they disabled it for some reason

1. skip fwd/back and foward/rewind is noticeably faster 2. the menu is grouped differently so its less cluttered 3. just like the 922 only faster + PTAT

i just got the hopper setup and i tried to restore from 922 remote and it said failed

i know the 922 backs up the timers on the remote, but i dont know if the remote will work on the hopper

could you test and see if the 32.0 remote will link up and transfer all timers saved on the remote from the 922 to the hopper
