Yes the receiver is hooked directly to the TV with HDMI. I'm not sure what the problem is with the software but Dish apparently is aware of it but why is the fix so far away. Is this the first you have heard of the problem Scott?

Gee I am really confused now. If I have HD locals available OTA and elect not to get locals on my 622, the guide will not show the programs. Is this the way it works.
