But will regular HD channels look better then before atleast just a little bit? Plus I called Dish yesterday and told them I have a VIP211 on both of my HDTV's and she said I will still get the tourbo charged HD. Is this true or do I need at least a 622?

I have the AT200 which includes all the RSN's but I only get my local Fox Sports Pittsburgh, am I supposed to get all of them?

I havent to pleased with DISH HD so far. Very grainy do to downrezzing. I have a 58' plasma so my TV shows every detail. But the Local channels are very bad

I have no idea what the DPP 44 switch is? a Dish tech installed the dish and all the equipment so i have no idea what stuff he used. Is there anyway of telling if he did use theDPP 44 switch? thanks

Im just got dish and have a dish 1000+ and i get rain fade as soon as it starts to sprinkle, very frusterating!! and all of my connectors are brand new inside and out.

I used to get Jeopardy and wheel in HD with Comcast most of the time.

if i can get pictures of what im seeing i will, but i dont know how. what do i use? Also is there anything in the works for new or more satellites to improve bandwith or open more transporters? that would alow for NO downrezzing of HD channels?

9477 does in fact look better then the rest of the HD channels, But not great. And I dont have any need to even watch that channel. So the one channel that is full of bitrate is the dumbest HD channel they have in my opinion. My sharpness is already turned down almost all the way now. Oh ya...

Well then it must be the low bitrate that dish sends through. My setup if all right and optimized

I tried Component last night and it was the same picture. I dont think its my TV or equipment like I said before the HD picture looked great the first and second day I had dish then it went to crap. I've only had dish for a little over a week.

The 6478 and 6479 are my locals which are in HD right now and actually almost unwatchable to me. 9477 looks a little better but still has a little grainy and 9470 and 9425 are more grainy and choppy.
