Look you don't need to talk to anyone to get CE, or VOD, all you need to do is connect your receiver to the internet and you are good to go, no need to talk to you or DBSTalk. DBStalk and other sites go to DirecTV.com's help and forum site, and then take credit for what is posted to help...

Also if you have the latest CE or national release for the HR20, and have an internet connection, that works the same as having a phone line. It communicates to DirecTV via Internet instead of phone line. :)
