I have 2 simple questions....How do I check to see what software I have and .....On my Hopper I want to disable the Prime Time Anytime...I tried like the instructions stated but I can't see where to disable it...I go to PTA from the menu and select PTA but there is no selection to turn it off.I...

Hey guys just an update....I got my replacement 622 and it works great and I hooked up my EHD but when I try to erase a show from the EHD(archive) it's still there.I tried to restore a show back to the DVR and then delete it and it does delete it from the DVR but it's still there on the...

I ask this cause I just got a replacement 622 and while on the phone the Dish dude told me I can upgrade to a 722 for free but I will lose all my content cause it's not compatible with the 722

I have a simple question....I have a 622 and a EHD......I was told that if I upgrade to a 722 I can not take the EHD that is hooked up to the 622 and hook it up to a 722.....basically the content that is on the EHD will not work with the 722...
