My Dad has a Dish VIP 612 DVR receiver. He wants more recording capacity. Looking at mydish.com, it looks like any USB 2.0 external drive should work. I would like to pick up a cheap drive if it will work. This morning I found a Fantom 1.5 GB drive for $60 which seems like a really good deal...
