Uhm, yes customers did. At least, THIS customer did. All four of my receivers (3SD, 1HD) went down on Thursday. Two of the SDs came back today. The other SD and the HD are still out. When I try to call, I can't get through. I might try one of the other numbers mentioned in this thread...
