Hey I am just south of you and the storms are tracking this way too. Our satellite went out last nite in the storms and I hope they stay strong tonite. I hope they miss you and me too.
I didn't get the emails or the pricing updates either. I know I pay my bill on time, how come I am not a "Best Customer"? Are they selective with their customers?
I thought you had to have the card in your possession to activate it. I did however sell a used unit with the card and the person was able to activate it with DirectTV. We changed to Dish and then went back to DirectTV. Silly us.
