    Anyone else have ch 321,594,593 Just turned on the TV and noticed 3 new channels with no info, screen says upgrade. Could these be new channels?

    Installs INC Quality control visit ???

    The same guy came out to my house. It was the same day that there was a major problem with the boxes. He said he would actually get me a new box, but I have not gotten the box yet. It must have something to do with the San Antonio area.

    stb problem - anyone else? Yes, don't reboot if you don't have to

    Im also am having the same problem. I contacted customer service and many people are having the same problem. I turned off the stb and I am going to work, hopefully an update will come soon! Started around 10:30 :mad:
