    WLMT (CW) and WPTY (ABC) are both owned by Clear Channel. They share facilities and news ops. AFSIK WKNO does not simulcast the analog anywhere on their digital signal. Their feeds are titled WKNO-HD and WKNO 2. That may be where the second digital channel comes in next year.

    NOTICE - Uplink Report Issues

    They are going to start the plan with non-existing subs in order to keep down the number of service calls to install wing dishes. At least that's what I've heard. I don't know when they'd make it available to existing subs. Maybe "soon"?
