I just cancelled. VOOM customer & tech service is horrid. I just had it "up to here." System de-install will be in two days. Funny when push comes to shove, they get a tech out ASAP if they want their junk back! But for a service call - it takes over a week.

I feel exactly like you do because this is day 6 with no pic or signal for me. Tech service either is a no-show or they call and can't make it because of "bald tires" on their truck (rain issue). They say they might be able to come out Friday or next week! VOOM just keeps emailing me, called...

Thanks for the offer but supposedly the tech will be out tommorrow. I STILL have my trusty C-Band going - it hasn't broken down since I installed it - 10 years ago. AND, of course, the C-Band pic is vastly superior to any SD pic.

Voom tech failed to show up (again). This the 3rd time this has happened. I've had VOOM for 7-months and there's STILL pic dropouts, program menu disappearance, Voom tech no-shows, to sum it up: it's a mess. Don't you think they would've worked out the majority of the bugs by now? I seriously...

No signal as of early Sunday AM. Hard recycle - 4x's and STILL no signal as of Monday AM. VOOM can't figure it out. There's been no wind and all connections are bubbled in silicone. Tech Monday PM. Will keep ya all posted.

My signal is completely gone as of this Sunday am at 7:00am. Voom will send out a tech MOnday whidch doesn't do me ANY good for Sunday shows. This is the 4-5th time I've lost sig. I'm around L.A.

VOOM told me to switch from DVI to Componet and report back to them. I haven't yet. It was on StarzHD today quite frequently.

Goes totally black, then clicks back on. Every ten minutes. What's up? Is this a VOOM repair and/or receiver issue?? BTW, tried to post this under "help" but system won't let me post there.
