    Pixelation/Breakups

    Anyone have a clue why I can get a perfect picture on one channel, say Starz-HD but get so many breakups, like in a heavy thunderstorm, that another channel, say StarzW-HD is totally unwatchable???? Everything's coming off the same sat right? Makes no sense. Also my receiver stopped...
