I have gone over 2 weeks without a disc being sent. I have over 10 discs in my queue all of varying age and popularity. So frustrated.

Has anyone else had this happen? I got an email on Friday saying they shipped my next disk and then I got an email on Saturday saying thanks for your return of the same movie. It also says I don't have any movies out right now. I'm getting pretty fed up with the service every movie in my queue...

Mine used to come from Salt Lake City. A month or so ago they started coming from Denver.

I wish I was getting the turn around you guys are complaining about. I put a disk in the mail last Friday, they received it on Tuesday. Still haven't sent a new one out. So by they time I get it its probably going to be next Wednesday or Thursday at the earliest. Almost 2 weeks. At least I watch...
