XM and SIRIUS have much worse bandwidth restrictions as they only have 12MHz of spectrum to work with, and both of them broadcast the same signal three times (two offset by 4 seconds and 1 for terrestrial repeaters) in that spectrum so 4MHz "usable" before error correction, etc. XM and SIRIUS...

The "best of" packages will NOT require new radios. A la carte will require new radios, due out in about 3 months and full-interorperabiilty (both services, one radio) is more like 9 months out.

The INNO2 uses SureConnect for it's FM transmitter which I've heard can be pretty troublesome. If you have the oppourtunity to use an AUX-IN or casette adapater instead, you'll be much happier. And it will sound better, too. I believe the car kit comes with the casette adapater already as well.
