I should never have upgraded from Windows 7. The problem is that Windows 10 automatically installs the latest driver and it won’t work. I’m trying to find an old Prolific driver package to install at least once because Windows 10 will continue to update it to the newer one.

Well, I finally got a boot loop because I deleted some transponders before the channels. Now my problem is Windows 10 updated the driver and it won't allow me to flash the receiver. Does anyone know how to get around this, have an older driver or know if I can flash using a Mac?

I agree that El Bandido is doing an awesome job. I still have to wonder what caused the problem in the first place. The skin would have stayed the same unless a manual download was done. My money is on the weather app after all it has Microsoft in its name, doesn’t it?

Are you only looking for DW on 103? If so, loosen the feedhorn from the scaler and give it a 1/4 of a turn and tighten again. You should have a signal. You know that C-Band DW and Ku NHK, etc. are vertical. Maybe you need to change the polarity to horizontal for DW. It could be that simple.

My experiment seems to work. The one on the left is a 1.2 m with lnbf’s pointed at 91, 97 and 103. I think the one on the right is .84m with lnbf’s on 95 and 99.
